what do the fees cover?
The fees cover not only your monthly activities, but also the cost of your professional Choir Leader's time; annual subscription payments to websites we use such as zoom, thinkific and Wix; professional recording equipment, software and lighting; all the musical arrangements, resources and downloads; licences for all the songs that we teach and copyright fees to the publishers; and maintenance of our website.
I struggle with technology.
We totally understand, technology can be a very daunting thing but we have made it as easy as possible to navigate your way around sweet charity choir online. we also have very helpful video tutorials to help you and an amazing community of people you can reach out to for help in our private facebook group
I Can't sing but i'd really like to join!
Who told you you cAN'T SING?! and why did you believe it? IF YOU CAN TALK YOU CAN SING. WE TALK IN DIFFERENT TONES, WE DON'T TALK LIKE ROBOTS. WE JUST NEED TO rePROGRAMME THE WIREs FROM YOUR SPEAKING VOICe TO YOUR SINGING VOICE AND IT'S AN AMAZING FEELING WHEN WE ACHIEVE THIS TOGETHER!
I don't like the idea of singing to a camera.
there will never be a point in sweet charity choir online that will require you to submit a video if you don't want to. we do have a chapter on improving your confidence on camera and tips to singing in front of a camera that is in the process of being recorded and edited to ease our members into this area of concern,
performing gives you an incredible buzz and once you start, you won't want to stop! But there is never any pressure to perform if you don't want to!
will i have to give notice to cancel?
absolutely not! but we will be sorry to see you go. if you wish to cancel your membership for any reason you are free to do so without any repercussions at all. just note you will not be able to access the facebook group or any future private live streaming events after the cancelation.
we have experienced that finances fluctuate in life especially in uncertain times so to charge our members or have a notice period would be unfair.
